Director of Leasing
Adam joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. as an intern in 2004 while pursuing a double major in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Missouri. After officially joining CBRE as an Associate, Adam began to focus on project leasing and retail tenant representation. During his tenure at CBRE, Adam had the opportunity to represent some of most prominent owners and users in the industry including Qdoba, GE Capital, Sprint, Cole Capital, Discount Tire, Retail Properties of America, and Cabela's.
In 2015, Adam left CBRE as a Vice President to join Cadence Commercial Real Estate. As the Director of Leasing for Cadence, Adam leads all efforts to procure users for development and investment properties. Currently, these efforts include the development of White Oak Marketplace, Raymore Gateway, Arrowhead Shopping Center, and the recent acquisition of Cedar Creek Mall. Additionally, Adam participates in all efforts to underwrite new development opportunities and acquisitions. Adam's efforts will also be shared with his valued retailer and owner clients as his role with Cadence provides a new perspective and scope of resources.
