smithville marketplace

The development of Smithville Marketplace (the former Smithville Commons project) is the result of diligent pursuit and coordination with the City of Smithville.  After years of attempts to gain land control and assess development costs, Smithville Marketplace broke ground in the spring of 2019. 

The plan includes a 72,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Price Chopper grocery store along with an Ace Hardware Store, Taco Bell and several remaining locations for restaurants and small shops.  Based on the current schedule, the project will be complete in 2020.
