White oak marketplace

The development of White Oak Marketplace represents years of coordination and a successful public-private partnership with the City of Blue Springs.  Historically considered a great source of pride for the communities around it, the former White Oak Mall fell into a period of considerable decline.  In the spring of 2017, the site fill officially be reborn as White Oak Marketplace - featuring a flagship Cosentino's Price Chopper occupying more than 86,000 square along with 10,000 square feet of retail shops and a senior housing campus.
